Can anyone recommend a good caterer in the Portland area for a brunch reception who will work with my budget?

    Try The Bomber Restaurant and Catering in Milwaukie.  Food is excellent, reasonably priced, they're great with working with budgets and/or specific recipe requests, and Punky (the owner) is a doll.
