Red Top Mountain State Park???

Has anyone been to, had, or know anything about weddings at Red Top Mtn? We are looking for inexpensive, somewhere we can use our own vendors.  HELP Please!!

    I know that the lodge at Red Top just closed at the end of this past June, so I'm not sure if they're doing weddings anymore.  Even so, I know that previously all weddings had to be catered by the lodge.  Hope this helps!  Definitely look through this ATL board, there are some great suggestions on venues.  Good luck, and happy planning! :)

    Thanks!  They still have the Group Shelters which you can have all of your own vendors, but they just seem old and I'm not sure how well a wedding will look there.  Its a consideration because that is where we had our first date :)

    Going to check through the boards for any other suggestions!
