Local dressmaker?

Grr.. TK ate my post and I'm late for work.

Has anyone had bridesmaids dresses made locally? I need an EXCELLENT seamstress who can make dresses from scratch. I found my dream dress, perfect color and everything, but the company says it's discontinued. Thanks!

    Patty Weir. I had my dress professionally made by her and another friend of mine did the same. Call Habberman Fabric in Royal Oak to get her info. She is the head of bridal there.You will not be disappointed and the whole process including fabric, finishings, etc was less than $1,000!!!!
