Rehersal Dinner- Farmingdale Area

I'm from Eastern Long Island but am getting married in Farmingdale so it's not as far for my FH's family to drive on a Friday in the summer!  Does anyone know of any great restaurants to accomodate about 100ppl for the rehearsal dinner?  Thanks in advance!

    Hi, The restaurant Ciao Baby is wonderful, its in Commack which I think is pretty close to farmingdale, its worth a try calling them, great food!

    Food is excellent, I haven't been to a private party there, but have never had a bad meal.

    I don't know if ciao baby does large groups like that (fyi the one in massapequa is closer to farmingdale) as they don't have a back party room. I disagree about brew house. i find the food to be pretty awful.

    there will be 100 people at the rehearsal dinner? if that's the case i'd check into renting an entire restaurant for the night. what kind of food do you have in mind? i know that 4 on 100 has a group area but I don't believe it's for 100.

    Palmers Restuarant on Hempstead Tpke/Conkin Street (just under the train tracks, about 2 miles west of 110).

    We had a work function there for 80 I think... they could do 100.  Food was good, prices were okay.

    thanks for the replies- we'd like american or italian cuisine.  i wish there were less but it's not the case!

    In Farmingdale, try Absolutely Marios for italian cuisine, and a very nice owner.  Look up John Arden Music under vendors in the rehearsal dinners section for fun entertainers who specialize in rehearsal dinners
