March 29 2014 Getting Married in Louisiana

Hello Everyone,

My fiancee and I got engaged righ before Christmas Eve. We both live in Rochester,Ny and are getting married in Louisiana. We have been dating for 3 1/2 years. I am just getting started on the wedding planning. Our colors are blue&silver. And I need some help coming up with a theme Undecided. Any ideas ladies? I could sure use some help.

    Hi! I'm not doing a a theme, I figure the whole it's a wedding is theme enough so I can't help you there. Blue and silver is pretty!

    Hi!
    I'm also getting married in Louisiana! (Monroe but the knot will only show a major metro area like Baton Rouge) Mine is Mardi Gras weekend because thats pretty much the only vacation time my football coach fiance will get so my theme is kind of mardi gras but not really. I'm just going to get some masks in my colors (black/white/red) for the photo booth.  I think you could incorporate some of the cajun/creole flair here and do mardi gras even though it's a little late Thats what the state is known for so it's still appropriate I think. Also, jazz or just spring time!
