Wedding Insurance/ Travel Insurance?

Are there any Hawaii brides out there who have invested in wedding and/or travel insurance for their Hawaii wedding? OR have you done some research on it? Is it worth it or not? Cost? Etc? 

It's on our wedding checklist to decide whether or not we want to do this, this month... and I'm undecided! Help!

    I bought wedding insurance because my wedding will be in Feb. It's very possible to have snow storms in NY in Feb, so I bought the insurance just in case...

    We bought both, better safe than sorry.     Our venue also required insurance.

    Our coordinator carried an insurance rider for damage to the property -- that was required.  We did not buy any insurance for the wedding costs -- weather, cancellation, whatever.

    If you do buy insurance (for weather, illness, etc.) who do you get it through?  Your homeowners insurance?
