Omni Royal Orleans

Has anyone had their wedding/reception in the courtyard? How was it? I have concerns because someone told me there was a large generator in the courtyard that might be noisy during the ceremony.

    I went to a wedding last May that was at the Omni Royal, wedding in the courtyard, reception in the ballroom.  I did not hear a generator, they were almost at capacity and I was in the last row, but I heard everything fine.  The only real problem was how hot it was, but water for all the guests while we waited and then fans sitting on our chairs.
