    - Go with the flow
    - Be flexible
    - Remember that it is his rank, not yours.  
    - Do not be one of those wives who bases their self worth off their husband's job/title
    - Remember to have your own interests and your own friends. 
    - There are so many resourses out there for military wives.  Take advantage of them.   The FRG and Military One Source are my favorites.
