B-Party ideas

Anyone have any great ideas of things to do in either Cleveland/Columbus/Cincinnati or Pittsburgh. Trying to make plans for B-party and dont know which city is best. I'd love to do a weekend thing and somehow incorporate a winery or two during the day and bars at night. I've never been downtown in any of these cities but am looking to have THE BEST TIME!

What kind of party are you looking to do? What is the bride into? For drinks/entertainment, there's E. 4th St. -- Corner Alley for bowling (not your 'traditional' old school bowling alley!), Pickwick & Frolic (martini bar, comedy club, etc.), House of Blues for a concert, Lola for one of the best meals in the city (Michael Symon restaurant), etc.

Or, you could go the route of the Warehouse District on West 6th St. for great rstaurants and clubs. Clubs to check out include: Velvet Dog, Mecury Lounge, Blind Pig, Liquid, Tequila Ranch... depending the scene you want. I think most still do 'free cover for ladies' on Saturdays? I haven't been in awhile. There are some decent restaurants around there, too: D'Vine Wine Bar, Blue Point Grille, Chop House, Mallorca, etc.

Downtown Cleveland also has Cleveland Indians games, Cleveland Orchestra concerts, plays/shows at Playhouse Square.

If you wanted something in the suburbs, rather than downtown, Legacy Villae on the east side (Beachwood) and Crocker Park on the west side (Westlake) are 'lifestyle centers'  that offer a collection of shops, restaurants, bars, and usually a spa or two -- all very walkable.

Some offbeat ideas around town you might incorporate (if it's the bride's 'thing'): Cleveland Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Rock Hall of Fame, WhirlyBall, Laser Tag, golf or mini golf, Walden (in Aurora) for a luxurious (and pricey!) spa visit...

And, of course, there are several wineries east of the city by about an hour or so: Harpersfield, Ferrante, Debonne, etc. come to mind. There are a couple wineries on the west side as well: John Christ and another I can't remember the name of. South, there's Sarah's Vineyard Winery (near Blossom Music Center), Viking Vineyards in Kent, Thorncreek Winery in Aurora.

It comes down to what sort of things you might have in mind.
