I am looking for a place that does hair and makeup in Rome or Utica. I am getting married in the area but I have not lived there for a long time. Where does everyone go? I need suggestions! Thanks!

    Grippy's Hair Salon. Ms. Grippy actually teaches cosmotology so she knows her stuff. I'm not sure exactly where she's located though. I think in Marcy.
