  Robert Alan Photography in Vineland, NJ will definitely fit that budget.  I've only seen Angela Riley's work, and she did a fantastic job.  She is incredibly easy to work with and captures everything.  They aren't just the average photos either, she really takes the time to get unique shots.

  Imagine is Everything Photogaphy in Clayton, NJ has very reasonable packages. I met with them and they seemed great.
  
  I ended up choosing Paul Dempsey in Ventnor, NJ. His work just stood out a little more to me, but he is around the 2500+ price.
