HI Ladies! I have found a dress that I love at Ventura's, but after reading so many negative things I am worried about placing an order there. Any experiences with the store/good or bad would be appreciated! Weddings by Debbie also carries the dress I'm interested in, but they seem to have spotty reviews too.

I just want my dress to arrive on time....and be the right color : )

Does Princess Bridal carry the same line? If so, they can order it for you.

I don't really have personal experience with either of the two places you mentioned.

I would say Wedding by Debbie. My two sisters had terrific expereinces there.

my best friend got her dress at ventura's and the day that she was trying on dresses to find the "one" it was fine. however, when she had to pick up her dress and she told them that she was getting alterations done elsewhere bc it would be cheaper and quicker that were very rude to her.
I haven't heard anything bad about Wedding By Debbie.

I have had fantastic service with Venturas... I have witnessed three friends have terrible service with weddings by debbie...
