  I used to live in RI and I am getting married in Newport in 2 weeks.  Whenever I come home to RI, I get my hair cut/colored at Elan.  I really love it and the prices are fantastic.  I am actually planning to get my nails done there for my wedding (I have never done my nails there before but I've heard good things) and a blow-out for a pre-wedding event.  My mom goes to Elan every 6 weeks and has nothing but great things to say...
