Local family owned/run Jewelers on Penisula?

I am looking for a family owned/run jewelers on the Penisula who does custom design work. I grew up in the business and my parents set such high standards. Unfortunately my parents are long since passed and I have no connections within the industry now. I know what I have and what I want to do, I just don't want to get screwed by an unscrupulous vendor in the process!  Do you have a recommendation?

    My friend is from the Peninsula and loves Geoffry's. She got her engagement ring and band made there and her fiance has also purchased a few gifts for her there as well. I wish I would have gotten my engagement ring there, but I decided to go the Shane Co route. I know they do great custom work and the one time I stopped by with her they were really helpful and even stayed open a little late for us.
