Maine beach/lighthouse???

I am at a loss of what to do. We are getting married in July and want either a lighthouse area wedding or on a beach. My question is how do I go about this. Who do I call do I need permission. I'm so lost!

A little about the wedding and pictures after. It will only be the ceremony. 20 people tops. No food or drink were going some where after. little to none extra decorations and no chairs! Please help!!

    One of the most popular options is Fort Williams/Portland Headlight in Cape Elizabeth.  I got married there in July 2011.

    If you have less than 20, I don't think you need to even submit the form/fee ($150).  Downside is that there might be other weddings going on, but you'll get that at any outdoor public location.  There's a lot of different space options at Fort Williams, including a beach.
