RANT: the knot tv

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but is there a way to set it so I never get the Knot TV video at the top of the page to play?  It's so annoying - and is bad when I'm at work, haha ; )

    Just right click on the link to the board you want and open it in a new tab. Works every time for me.

    That does seem to work, but the initial opening of the page still makes the video appear.

    I do have that exact link bookmarked and that is how I get to the site, but the video still appears.

    I don't get to the boards thru the knot cuz of the TV.  I use weddings.com.  Click on your area and then to the right you will see Boston Wedding boards.  Here is the link http://boston.weddings.com/main.aspx/local-wedding-boards_massachusetts-boston

    I couldn't agree more the tv aggravates me to no end!!!! Especially on Wednesdays.

    I use Firefox and installed the AdBlock Plus plugin. Once I did that I clicked on the block tab on the video and it blocked the videos from playing. That works like a charm.
