  You should do it! It is fast, and fun actually! I NEVER had to loose weight before, and I lost 30 lbs doing this. I never exercised either before this haha!

  3 days before, I slacked off right now, and I am sick, so that doesn't help. But when I was trying to loose weight, I did it M W F and that is it.

  I'm butting in too - I ordered this on Amazon and it should be arriving today.  I am going to try to do it 3x a week as well!  I'm like you, if I have to report back I may be more likely to do it.

  I loved the 30DS!  It kicked my a$$ the first few days, but then I felt really energetic for the rest of the week.

  Okay Nicole, you're giving me motivation to give it another go.  I've started trying to eat better and watch my calories, but need the extra boost from exercise.  I WILL do it tonite, and please keep me accountable tomorrow to check in and tell you how it went?   We could even go one step further and account for any weight loss from tonite forward..

  Heh.. What is an ooodsie?  I have no idea!  Seriously though, I was about 14 when I made it up on PRODIGY (does that even exist anymore?) and just kind of put random letters together.  It means absolutely nothing.
