SW WA ceremony officiants?

My wedding is August 2011 in Southwest Washington, just north of Vancouver. I am looking for an officiant who is willing/able to do a non-religious ceremony. Anyone have any recommendations for officiants or any ideas of where I should look?

I just found this website - the officiant is $100 - and thought you'd like to know. I replied to your post on the Oregon board earlier about the judges - but since this is half the price i figured it wouldn't hurt to reply again.
