17 Day Diet-- Have you tried it out yet?

So I bought the book and have finished about 3 chapters. It makes a ton of sense. But I was wondering if anyone has embarked on the journey yet. I need to lose about 40lbs to get to my goal weight. I am starting to be very active, the activity is the easiest part. The eating is what gets me. I have been doing better this past month, but I need more guidence.  So I ordered the book, and a lot of what he says sounds just like me. Just curious to hear experiences.

  • its simple concept expend more calories then what you take in to lose weight. I am not familiar with this diet however, if you are getting burnt out on diet try finding foods that work for you. there is a ton of greta ways and flavors to make things better also ways to fix the sweet tooth cravings its all about motivation and nutrition. I agree that 80 to 90 percent is diet.
