    I am starting class this week so my mom made me a chicken so we will probably have that then turn it into chicken salad and then just shredded on a salad. I also made chicken cacciatore. Lots of chicken this week!

    you just reminded me I needed to ask this lady at work for her chicken salad recipe.   It had nuts, cranberries and all kinds of goodies it in!  She brought it in for the picnic the other week.
