Extra Invites?

Okay so in the end it turns out I have a few extra invites. Now I'm wondering if I should go back on my decision not to invite coworkers?
What do you think? is it courteous to invite the people I work with?

    If you have in in your budget for a few extra people, and you really do want to invite them, go ahead. But you don't have to invite your coworkers if you're not close to them. Just be sure to individually address the invites, and send them to home addresses. If you don't invite some coworkers, they might be curious why they didn't get an invite when you were handing them out to others.
