ceremony rundown?

is there anyone can tell me how the ceremony goes?
which one go first : bridesmaid or flower girl or ring bearer?
and after everybody come out (include bride) what happen? im really dont know any idea about this.
thanks for anyone that can help me

    I have always seen it in this order:

    (groomsmen then groom walk out)
    bridesmaids
    MOH 
    ring bearer
    flower girl
    bride

    In my circle, it always goes like this:

    Groom escorts mom, stays at altar with officiant.
    Brides mother escorted by person of her choosing
    Bridesmads escorted by groomsmen
    MOH escorted by BM
    Ring bearer(s)
    Flower girl(s)
    Bride escorted by father

    After seeing children in a wedding nearly catch the place on fire because they couldn't stand still and knocked some candles over, I cringe to see kids in a wedding at all, let alone walk down the aisle first so they are alone at the altar.

    ETA - after everyone is out, the musicians bring the music to a close and the officiant starts the ceremony, usually by welcoming everyone, reminding everyone of why they are gathered and then asking the question of the parents (traditionally "who gives this woman" but there are many wordings now).  Then FOB sits and the ceremony really begins.
