Shower Venue Recommendations

Hello:
I'm looking for a venue in Manhattan to throw a bridal shower for about 20 to 25 people. I'd like to spend a maximum of $30 a person (not sure if this is a realistic amount).
I'd love any and all suggestions!!!

i would look into ivo & lulu, french carribbean food in soho. they offer very reasonable prices -- i once went to a bachelorette party here that was about $35 /pp before tip. also, it is BYO, which always helps.
