How much alcohol do I need?

I am having appx. 200 guests.  Do you think 1 keg is enough?  I am not having hard liquour, ONLY beer.

    If you're having beer only, I'd go with 4 kegs for 200 people.

    My bartender recommended to get three half kegs  for 180 people

    </div><div>A half barrel is what is typically thought of as a "keg" (about 3 feet tall and 2 feet in diameter give or take).   A<em> quarter barrel </em>or half a "keg" in the common sense of the word is tall and skinny.  </div><div>
    </div><div>I'd strongly advise 4 kegs/half barrels for 200 guests.  </div>
