East Ocean Resturant for Chinese Banquet?

Greetings Everyone!
        My fiance and I are thinking about this place for our chinese banquet. I tried searching the boards and online for any information after 2008 about this place. We are planning to have 450 people attend our wedding. We are wondering if the layout would work and if the food was good. Or just anyone thoughts on the place. Please let me know!

    Is this the one in Alameda? I live near there and the dim sum is amazing, there are lines out the door every sunday. I'm not sure it would hold 450 though....

    I went there for my friend's wedding, and the food was really good! Not sure though if it holds for 450 ppl? I think my friend had about 150 guests.
