Vintage Carnival Wedding--Location????

We are getting married Fall 2011 probably October. The theme is vintage carnival and we are on a very limited budget. I need ideas for ceremony and reception location. I would prefer to do them both outside and for the reception have a tent. The more rustic the merrier:) If anyone has any ideas please feel free to input. Thanks:)

    Well in Alabama of course but close to Birmingham area.
