Hi ladies! There was some interest in doing a weekly check in to help keep those who are trying to get in shape on track. If you see anything you'd like me to do differently, let me know! I also thought about doing a weekly challenge, if I can get some ideas I can start that too. I have a few ideas and I know they will get repeated here and there but I don't want to repeat them too often :-)
