NWR - Need an Animal Rehab Location

A cat dropped off a live, unharmed baby bunny on my doorstep last night.  We have tons of these guys around every spring, but I don't know where the nest (or a nest) is for this little guy or I would return it.  I can't bring myself to just let it out into the yard for another animal to rip apart.  It's still too young to be on it's own; it's eyes aren't even open yet.  It won't feed - I've been trying with a dropper and kitten formula.  I've taken care of wild orphaned bunnies before, but they were much older and close to leaving the nest.

I know it's probably going to die, most do this young away from it's mom, but I would rather make the effort to find a rehab place for it.  I'm looking online and calling places but can't find anyone who takes baby bunnies.

Anyone out there know of a place/person I can call to take this guy?   Otherwise, I don't see it living very long w/o food.
