I am a New Orleans bride as well. We are using Sara Kelley out of Baton Rouge. She is from the westbank so it's no problem for her to travel into New Orleans. She is super down to earth and has a great fun, photojournalistic style. Here is her website.... http://sarakelley.net/

I know you are looking locally, but most photographers will travel. Of course it all depends on your budget for photography. My favortie photographer is Mark Hillis of Unveiled Wedding Photography. www.unveiledwedding.com. I know he travels.....
