rememberance candles during the ceremony or something to pay tribute to my fiancé's mom

My fiance's mom past 9 years ago and wanted to do something special for her in our ceremony.  Any ideas?

    that sounds really nice!  I actually got teary eyed reading about the "ballon".  We are actually donating to the Susan G Komen Foundation as well, as his mom died of breast cancer.
