Seven Praises

In addition to the sheva brachot, which will be done by 7 male family members, I also want to add the sheva shevahot (seven praises) to be done by 7 female members.  Have any of you done this?  What praises did you use?  Thanks!!!

    I had both male and female family members do the English translations of the Sheva Brachot.

    I've never seen it done, but it's your wedding (to do as you wish) and sounds like a good idea.  You should ask your rabbi for suggestions or just see what you like and would work for your ceremony.  GL.

    i think that's a beautiful idea!  at our wedding the rabbi read the hebrew, and we had groupings of friends and family read our interpretations in english.  it was also great, but i love your idea of the sheva shevahot!
