I am hoping to wear my Mom and Grandmother's wedding dress for my wedding. I need to find someone that can restore and redesign it for me. I live in Baltimore but am willing to travel for a good designer. I am not as worried about money because I want it done right and I want to LOVE it. Anyone know of someone that has references anywhere in Maryland (seriously Anywhere.. willing to go to DC or surrounding states too for the right person). I am not getting married until May 2014 so I have some time but I would LOVE to get this started as soon as possible.
It is in pretty good shape but again, I have a few major changes I want done to the dress.
