Hey Ladies, I am doing a business proposal for class and need to do a little research. For all you ladies who have already booked your wedding venue...

What Characteristics did you look for?
What were your main concerns?
Did you want Tradtitional or non traditional?
How important was cost?
What is the size of your wedding?
Is your wedding reception and ceremony at the same location?
What is your favorite part of the venue?

    What Characteristics did you look for?
    -somewhere very nice, yet wouldn't rob us blind with the price.

    What were your main concerns?
    -having to decorate, and handle catering ourselves.

    Did you want Tradtitional or non traditional?
    -traditional

    How important was cost?
    -so so.  we have an alotted amount to work with, and chose to spend over half on the reception.

    What is the size of your wedding?
    around 200

    Is your wedding reception and ceremony at the same location?
    No, ceremony is at the church, reception is a 15-20 minute drive away.

    What is your favorite part of the venue?
    -completely GORGEOUS. and it comes with a day of coordinator!

    Having an attentive "venue"

    Did you want Traditional or non traditional?
    NON traditional

    How important was cost?
    Very!! We are paying for everything. I need to be able to pay my bills during and even after the event!

    What is the size of your wedding?
    Small-appx. 65 guests

    Is your wedding reception and ceremony at the same location?
    Yes
     
    What is your favorite part of the venue?
    The beautiful vaulted ceilings and exposed brick walls. Chandeliers made us blush as well ;)

    Something with an outside option and unique

    What were your main concerns?
    Having shelter for rain and getting our own caterer

    Did you want Tradtitional or non traditional?
    non traditional

    How important was cost?
    Very imporant

    What is the size of your wedding?
    150

    Is your wedding reception and ceremony at the same location?
    Yes

    What is your favorite part of the venue?
    The lights that are setup in the barn and the beauty of the site.

    What Characteristics did you look for?
    I wanted something all indoor (my FI and i are not outdoor people) that could accomodate ceremony and reception. Somewhere guests could also stay with nice reasonable cost rooms. Somewhere with a good reputation.

    What were your main concerns?
    Overall cost, quality of service and quality of goods i am receiving for cost. Easy to find, being able to accomadate special requests, good communication.

    Did you want Traditional or non traditional?
    didn't really matter either way as long as it fit all of our criteria

    How important was cost?
    Extremely important, i could love it all i want but if we couldn't afford it then it wouldnt matter

    What is the size of your wedding?
    roughly 150 attendees

    Is your wedding reception and ceremony at the same location?
    Yes the ceremony is in the main room and then the guests will be moved to a cocktail hour in an adjoining restaurant while the ceremony room is flipped into the reception room then the guests will be moved back.

     
    What is your favorite part of the venue?
    Its a tie between the high ceilings with hanging string lights and the big fountain on one side of the room
