Ok, so I am planning on purchasing three or four cheesecakes in place of a wedding cake. I absolutely love the idea of using a cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. However, I contacted the company that produces the cheesecakes and they said they could not sell a 10" cake that was not already pre-sliced. Now I am in a fix because I cannot find any other companies that I really like or that do not pre-slice their cakes as well. Is there any advice for how to arrange it to look like a whole cake for pictures or how to get a whole cake?
