Hi ladies,

We ordered our invites from VP and then later decided we wanted to do inserts for our hotel block. Please let me know of any suggestions for our punctuation and working, thanks!

Accommodations A block of rooms has been reserved for Friday, May 11th and Saturday, May 12th at the following hotel:Super 8 Inn and Suites4999 Biddle RoadCentral Point, OR 97502(541)664-5888Reservations must be placed before April 10^th, 2012 to receive the discounted rate of $75.00 for a 2 queen suite and $70.00 for a standard queen room, plus tax.

Be sure to mention the Hutchison/Julian Wedding when calling to reserve your rooms. We look forward to celebrating with you all!

I'd change the "and" between the two options to "or", and I'd change the end to say "all of you" instead of "you all". But I'm picky, so feel free to totally ignore that
