Catering in Central AR/Hot Springs

I'm looking for reasonably priced catering for April 2012 for dinner.

I will have appx 80 guests. Buffet would be perfect. I'd like to be able to do a salad, a vegetable or two and a choice of two proteins.

I do not want to do bbq or sandwiches.

Thanks for any help! Personal experiences are a plus!

    We used Cafe 1217 when my daughter married in Hot Springs. The food was fantastic. The cost wasn't inexpensive, but it was inline with other caterers. Also, Green Herb did her cake and it was delicious. I think they cater, too. I'm sure their food would be wonderful.

    I chose Bubba's Catfish for my caterer. For roughly $10 each we get:

    Catfish
    Shrimp
    Chicken
    French fries
    Hush puppies
    Coleslaw
    All condiments
    Plates and utensils
    Lemonaide

    Plus, they cook it on site so it'll be hot and fresh!
