Non traditional wedding dresses

Planning a halloween masquerade wedding. We are not the typical bride groom. So why would our wedding be? I am in need of a place to shop for my dress in person so I can actually try it on before purchasing it. I'm comfortably nestled in the Berkshires/ North East area. Any help?

    You'll definitely want to post this on your local board (on the left).  This is an international board so not too many of us would be able to help you!
    That said, if you're looking for an offbeat dress I am willing to bet that you can find something in a local shop, bridal or not.  You didn't really specify what you were looking for, but department stores even carry a selection of gowns that might work for you.  If you find something you like you can always take it to a seamstress to have some details added, etc.
