Timing of the pronouncement?

We're having a mixed wedding and are breaking the glass.  Does the pronouncement of husband and wife (and the kiss) come before or after the glass?

    Typically, you have:

    • Breaking glass
    • Kiss (Rabbis don't say, "You may kiss the bride."  They assume you can figure it out on your own.)
    • Pronouncement

I don't think we had a pronoucement.  Just break the glass, kiss and then walked back to yichud.

We broke the glass, then the rabbi made the prounoucement and we kissed.  I'd go over the details with your rabbi - but regardless of whether you do the kiss then the pronouncement, or vice versa, it's done after the glass is broken - or so that's how I've seen it done for each wedding I've attended.
