Corpus/Port A place to say

Hi All,

I'm traveling to Corpus for my bridal shower and FI and I were hoping to stay a day or 2 at the beach. Any recommendations for a decent hotel that is on the beach or at least w/in walking distance? We don't necessarily need a condo, as we won't be there long enough to cook. We'd likely be staying in the middle of the week. Any help appreciated! Thanks!

Prices and availablity are determined on the time you travel. I hope it's not during spring break.

In Port A
Port Royal Ocean Resort is a very popular place, always booked.

The Grand Caribbean Condominiums are nice and on the beach.

My aunt and uncle go to Port A every year and always stay at the Sandpiper Condominiums. They're on the CC side of the island and right on the beach.

The island dunes is very reasonable and very nice... Also on beach side and walking distance...http://www.island-dunes.com/

My fiance and i really liked this place http://www.beachgate.com/
we stayed there for about 3 days and loved it! its a 30 second walk to the beach!!!
