The fiance and I are really interested in doing a mashed potato bar and serving the potatoes in martini glasses. I am wondering if anyone has or is planning on doing this and how it worked. I like the idea of having something substantail that will accomidate meat eaters and vegitarians alike without making anyone feel like they being left out. Also there will be several children there too so this would help handle those picky eaters! My mom is irish and really wants us to have a potato dish, plus I think this would be an inexpensive but fun twist on a traditional dish!
