A quick google search should give you lots of options, and you may want to take an hour to look at various sites and compare prices.
I found a site called kustomkoozies.com that had printing and various color options that looked to cost you less than $1/koozie, as long as you are buying more than 100. Obviously though, I'd make sure the site (or whatever site you choose) is secure and reputable before you order.
I just got my favors in from KustomKoozie.com - they look great! They are reasonably priced (you do have to order a min of 105) and arrive quickly. Here's a pic of what we did:
KustomKoozie is a great site. That's where we're getting ours. We're having a destination wedding and you can order smaller amounts. They also have collapsable ones which will be easy for packing.
