How do I create my profile and add a picture?

Sorry, I do not know where else to post this question and I haven't had luck with site help.  Everytime I try to "view profile" or edit it or anything it takes me to a bad link.  Any ideas?

    It might be because you have an "&" in your name.  The knot was having problems with that.
