  I used www.blacksilverimaging.com
  For under $1,000 I got 7 hours, 2 photographers, a free engagement photoshoot and I'll be getting a DVD with all my images.

  We're using Visual Appeal Studios (formerly Tim Eng Photography). He's based out of Central Jersey, but he travels. I believe he's within that range. He may also be willing to work with your budget. It never hurts to ask, right?

  I think my photog starts at $1800. She will likely not have a second shooter though but her work alone is awesome. Stefani Chung photography

  We're using Steel City Photography, out of Easton. Ed will travel to Philly.
  
  For $1100, you get 8 hours, 2 shooters, DVD, an album, and some prints.

  Hi, I used Liz Warnek, I had her from 12 noon until midnight and paid $1900, this was a couple of years ago, I think her prices have increased some, but if you need her for less time than I had her for, you could probably get a good deal.  I didn't get any prints or packages, just the 12 hours of coverage and the DVD with all of the rights to the photos.  I was very happy with her.  She brought an assistant/2nd shooter who also got great shots from a 2nd angle.
