Sand Boxes and Sand Removal

All you beach wedding brides, what are you doing for sand removal from guest's shoes?  I saw a cute idea but did not save it!  Are any of you using a runner at the beach?

I'm also looking for wooden trays to put sand in for our starfish escort cards.  Anyone have a few for sale or will have before June 6th?

    I have created a "Shoe Valet" for the guests to leave their shoes on bamboo mats.  When they are finished, they use the paint brushes to clean their feet (more info in my bio).  I also have 4 acrylic trays to hold sand and my place cards that I would be willing to sell after my March 12 wedding (will have pics in my bio soon).  They are hunter green now (got them at Target after xmas) but I plan on painting them bahama blue.  HTH...you can email me if you have other questions bride2bhcl at yahoo dot com.
