I am also looking for an officiant in the Portland/Washington county area. I wanted to utlize my pastor who I grew up with from my church, but since my fiance doesn't share the same belief system he will not marry us. We are already going to pre marital counseling, and I would love a pastor to marry us, but I am not sure where else to look.
