In the wedding programs, do you include the name of a deceased parent with the names of the living parents? or do you set aside a space in the back to acknowledge them? We are planning to give a donation in her name and were going to put it on the last page of the program. We werent sure if we should acknowledge her with her still living husband. Thoughts????
