I'm interested in more of a pound cake type of cake for our wedding cake, does anyone have any suggestions on someone who makes them in the Louisville area? I had an almond pound cake at a friend's wedding several years ago in Atlanta and it was amazing! I'm not a fan of fondant and it seems like many bakers only use fondant these days. Thanks!
