Please help with timeline

I am having trouble picking my ceremony time. Our tentative plan is as follows:
3-4 - ceremony at the Wynn
4-5 - onsite photography at the Wynn
5-6 - wrap up and transport our guests to Joe's at Ceasar's
6-10 - reception at Joe's

How does it look? I am not sure what to do with our guests when we take pictures. Can we ask them to come along and have them take pictures with us? Any suggestions?

    We are expecting about 30 guests. Some of the pictures will be outside and it shouldn't be too hot at the end of October. I thought about doing a coctail hour, but it might be a little out of budget for us. I am not really sure what else to do. I don't want my fiance seeing me before the ceremony, so taking pictures before the ceremony is not an option. Is it rude to ask guests to take pictures with us for an hour? Embarassed

    How many guests?  And will any of the pictures be outside?

    If it's more than just close family, as a guest I wouldn't personally want to walk all around the property for an hour or more while you take pics, especially if it's outside in a hot month.

    Is there a bar or restaurant at the wynn you could put them at for a cocktail hour before dinner?  Or maybe transport them to Joe's easly for the same thing and then you meet up when done and have the grand entrance?

    I don't think your guests will have trouble filling up an hour at the Wynn, the Espalanades (both Wynn's and Encore's) are packed with boutiques and things to do/see. Not to mention the casino, bars, restaurants, pools etc.. You could put together an info packet with property maps and suggestions, if you want to help them fill up that hour.

    i agree with vegas groom. get them shuttled to the reception and hopelly u can squeeze in a cocktail hour. if a couple guests would want to stay behind for photo op thats fine; but let it be up to them.
