My fiance and I are desperately searching for an affordable, non-traditional venue in Louisville that will accomodate around 150 people. We'd love a barn or even an industrial space. The Mellwood Arts Center would have been great, but is booked up until November of next year, and we are looking for a spring wedding. Another close-but-not-quite venue was the Black Acre Nature Preserve, but some close friends have already booked a wedding there. Does anyone have any suggestions? Google searching has not been helping, and we refuse to believe there isn't still a place hidden away somewhere around town!
