Dress stains

I saw the post from a few days ago about cleaning, so I'm going to check those places out.

But do any of you know offhand if red wine comes out of satin?  I had a drunk guest just plow me over w/ her wine glass.  I was hoping to re-sell my dress, but definitely cannot if that stain won't come out!

    Honestly, I would just take it to a cleaner and ask them if they honestly think they can get it out. My dry cleaner got a red wine stain out of a nice suit jacket for me, so I would think that it's a possibility. I would soak it in soda water though. That will help loosen the particles and keep the stain from setting.

    I had red wine on a brides maid dress from a friends wedding & my cleaner got it out.
